Next week :(
The Ethiopian courts have been delayed in reopening until next Monday :( Our caseworker told us that it should be only be a few weeks until we hear from them about our travel date though :) Maybe if I try not to think about it, the time will go by faster! P.S This is only my 60th post! It seems like I have posted way more than that!

Kolfe Center pictures
These are pictures that another Gladney family took of the Kolfe Center (the orphanage for older boys) that we raised all the money for. You can see why they need it. (They are actually building a library and I will post the information about that later.)

8 more days until they open!
Nothing really interesting going on here. Just school, school and more school! STILL waiting for the courts to open! (only a week from tomorrow!) Good luck to the Daileaders! They left for Ethiopia today to bring home Sophie. We are praying for you guys! I can't wait until it is our turn to leave! Actually, there is something new! A Charter school in our town held a fundraiser for the orphanage and we are going to leave in a minute to pick up the checks. We have no idea how much they are for but I am so grateful and hope that the money will be able to help the orphanage a lot! I will post again later once I know how much we raised. ~Ellie~

waiting,waiting,waiting
We are still waiting for the courts! Only 10 days until they open now! We have a slight dilemma though. We are going to have to bring soooo... much stuff! Most people that are going to Ethiopia to adopt one child have a problem with having a lot of stuff to bring anyway but we have three people to pack for on the way there (plus humanitarian-aid stuff) and six people coming back! So that is going to be interesting :) Please pray that the kids will do well on the plane! We might quickly become the annoying passengers on a 16 hour flight, lets just hope we don't sit next to a child hating snob :)

Sarah Groves video
If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? James 2:15-16. I bloglifted this :) (oops!)

Great adoption verse
An encouraging verse for those of you in the process of adoption. Habakkuk 2:3 "For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come..." There is a light at the end of this long tunnel even though it may not seem like it sometimes!

Nice matters award
Staci is so nice:) She nominated me for the nice matters award! "This award is for those bloggers who are nice people; good blog friends and those who inspire good feelings and inspiration. Also for those who have a positive influence on our blogging world." (ha!) I am going to now nominate Susy Amanda and Nikki AND blog slothzs (whatever losers, I stink at thumb wars :)

9/11
This is a video of September 11th 2001. Also, this is a must see video/recording of a 911 call from someone inside one of the towers :( I can not believe it has been 6 years since this awful day.

silly picture day (?)
Nothin else interesting going on really except my parents went out of town for a few days to NYC and while I am sitting here blogging they are seeing the broadway musical 'Les Miserables'! How unfair does it get?!! Oh well.. I am glad they are having fun...(sniffle) with out me :) My mom went along with my Dad on his business trip actually to have a little retreat before we get the babies (very glad she gets to do that!but wish I could go!). My sister and brother-in-law are staying with us to help out until they get back.
